The University Representative/Campus Director Portal is your central hub for managing every aspect of your EF Hult Prize local competition. From updating your competition details to viewing registered startups and reporting your winning team, the portal is designed to make the process simple and efficient.
What you can do
Once you've logged in, you'll be able to:
- Manage and update your Local Competition details.
- View all startups registered from your university
- Submit your competition results directly to the EF Hult Prize team
Everything you need to run and report your competition is available in one place.
Accessing the portal
Logging in is easy. Simply use the same email address you provided to EF Hult Prize, the one that received your invitation to the portal, and the password you created during your first login.
If you've forgotten your password, select "Reset Password" on the login page to create a new one and regain access.

Remember: Before you report your results
Before submitting your competition outcomes, make sure you've completed the following:
- Added at least three judges to your competition.
- Added at least five competing teams.
- Navigated to "Local Competition Result" from the menu in the top left of the portal.
- Marked your competition as "Completed" to finalise your submission.
Following these steps will ensure your results are successfully recorded and your winning team can continue their EF Hult Prize journey.
